Ok, the mouth is more of a General Impressionist, than, say, some parrots. He is a starling. But like other great impressionists- Degas, Mattis, Rich Little- it's all about FEELING. Here, we seem to think he's asking "what are you doing?" in his sweet and unobtrusive way,after a couple of whistles. What do you think?
